We announce our health policy to promote a health program for our employees. Everyone is welcomed for free to join our intra-house athletic gym club for off time workout.

The initial 3S --- Sorting, Setting-in-Order and Shining has been developed to 4S to add Standardizing as our original way. Every employee is facilitated to join this activity of sustaining improvement.

The support encourages employees' voluntary study.

Allowances are paid for newly acquired qualifications or licences even if they are not related to company business.

A study room is secured for employees for their voluntary study.

The room has 9 tables partitioned.
