DAITO’s NA700 saw is a fully automatic model that is specially designed for bundled pipes/profiles. The yoke type vertical vises, which does not require adjustment, is held in place over the entire width of the material and securely held in place.Bundled materials are cut with high accuracy and efficiency, contributing to improved productivity.
The saw blade can be changed smoothly because nothing interferes with the saw blade.The insert fastening switch for securing the blade is close at hand so the blade can be replaced without forcing the saw blade into excess bending positions.
The index/main and front vises automatically open from both sides when feeding material.
The LCD touch panel accepts cut length, cut piece and the shape.
YOKE TYPE VERTICAL VISES
Three yoke type ver tical vises are installed for bundled material; in addition to the index/main/front vises. (Front vertical vise is optional.)
SHUTTLE FEED
The Indexing vise shuttle system stroke is 800mm. Accurate positioning is performed even when bundle cutting.
LINKED SAW GUIDE
The movable saw guide is linked with the movable vise jaw position to be as close to the work piece as possible. This ensures optimal cutting conditions.
USER FRIENDLY CONTROL PANEL WITH EASY SETUP
Setup for a wide range of cutting data and materials is quite simple and ef f icient with this model. Programming during cutting cycles can be done for quick work setup.
MATERIAL TOP DETECTOR
The optical material top detector which checks material top surface is maintenance-free unlike mechanical sensors.
VISE PRESSURE REGULATOR
The vise pressure can be adjusted for thin wall material.
CLEAR LIGHT BEAM
The cutting position is projected by the strong LED; the shadow is even clear in a bright working environment.
RAKER TYPE CHIP CONVEYOR
The raker type chip conveyor endlessly rakes chips out while allowing most cutting fluid to drain back into the reservoir.
INDEXING TABLE WITH ROLLERS
The table rollers are closely spaced to feed even the heaviest workpiece smoothly.
Clean cutting environment is enabled with the mist applicator which sprays cutting fluid to saw blade edges. An air source needed.
The blade deviation detector monitors the blade for any minor deviation to halt the machine during cutting.
Safe and efficient operation is possible when cutting the rear end. The front vise suppressed vibration of the material during cutting to prevent chattering and chipping of the saw bade.
When loading materials onto the conveyor, the rear roller help prevent the materials from hitting the machine body.
